A look behind the mask of everyone's favorite space gypsy.
I gotta say that I was somewhat of disappointed by getting cheated out of a proper unmasking in ME2, but I think it's for the best that Bioware saves it for the third game so they can tie it into some important plot point and huge drama.
The three fingers and toes thing reminded me of amphibians, so I took some cues from that (face bumps and spots, wide-spaced eyes), but the end result pretty much looks like a human. the 3/4 face looks too much like a Na'vi.
I was going to do some more stuff but I've lost interest.
This is also my first attempt at coloring with the tablet, I don't think it turned out too horrible.

That's actually pretty similar to what I've been drawing, but a tiny bit more human. Either way, I like it!
